What is the process behind "Battered to Bliss" trauma and abuse coaching?

The system I developed is a 6 stage process:

  • Understanding the foundation of trauma and how it impacts you.

  • Diving deep into who you are.

  • Challenging yourself and identifying who you want to be.

  • Creating a plan of attack.

  • Naming the hidden parts of you and battling your shadow.

  • Implementing a plan to stay the course.

  • No, coaching is future-focused and designed to help you take action in your life. While we acknowledge past experiences, coaching does not provide therapy for mental health conditions. If you are unsure which you need, feel free to reach out, and I can help you guide you to the right resources.

  • Yes, all sessions are completely confidential. Your privacy is a priority, and our conversations are a safe space for you to share openly.

  • Sessions typically last 55 minutes, but the structure and length can be adjusted based on your needs.

  • Coaching is a collaborative space where we uncover what’s keeping you stuck, identify next steps, and create a clear path forward. It’s not about giving you all the answers— it’s about helping you discover them through intentional conversation and accountability.

  • If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s next, coaching can help you gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with intention. Book a free 30-min discovery call to explore if this is the right fit for you.

  • All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom, allowing you to join from anywhere in a comfortable and private setting.

  • That’s okay! Many people come to coaching without knowing exactly what they need— they just know they don’t want to stay where they are. Together, we’ll work to uncover what’s holding you back and create a clear path forward.

  • I offer both! One-on-one coaching provides personalized guidance, while group coaching offers community, accountability, and shared growth with others on a similar journey.

  • What is Trauma?

Trauma is not just about what happens to us—it’s about how our nervous system responds to overwhelming experiences. Whether it stems from a specific event like an accident, ongoing stress like family conflict, or systemic influences like religious trauma, trauma leaves a mark on both our minds and bodies. It often triggers a state of fight, flight, or freeze, leaving us stuck in patterns of fear, shame, or disconnection long after the event has passed.

  • How does our mind and body process trauma?

Our nervous system is designed to protect us, but when trauma occurs, it can become dysregulated, making it harder to feel safe, calm, or connected. You might notice feeling on edge, shutting down emotionally, or struggling with chronic anxiety, fatigue, or even physical pain. These are not flaws—they’re survival mechanisms. But when these patterns persist, they can limit your ability to thrive in everyday life.
